Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about recruiting. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster relationships with universities and organizations to enhance talent acquisition.
  • Mentor hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
