Responsibilities
Build and foster relationships with universities and organizations to enhance talent acquisition.
Mentor hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
