Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Form Grader Operator to manage machine operations for grading and sorting forms. Your keen attention to detail will help ensure that production meets quality requirements while maintaining machine efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Training new operators on machine functions and safety procedures.
• Optimizing machine settings for different types of forms.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the production area.
• Monitoring production flow and documenting any issues that arise.
• Collaborating with the quality control team to ensure standards.

Requirements

Education

• Technical training or certification in machinery operation is preferred

Experience

• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment is advantageous.
