We are seeking a skilled and experienced Speeder Frame Tender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production of high-quality textiles, operating various textile machines while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of Speeder Frame equipment effectively.
• Conduct quality assessments to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized production area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding issues.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Participate in team meetings to share ideas for improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a textile manufacturing environment is preferred

Technical Skills

• Machine troubleshooting
• Lean manufacturing principles

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles: Understanding of Lean methodologies to reduce waste in production.
• Experience with production machinery: Hands-on experience operating similar textile machinery is a plus.
