Job Description

As a Forging Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will operate and maintain advanced punch press machines to produce metal parts with precision. Your role will be crucial in ensuring quality control in the manufacturing process and meeting production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate punch machines efficiently to produce high-quality components.
• Analyze blueprints and specifications for task execution.
• Ensure workpieces are securely placed for optimal results.
• Install and configure tooling to match production requirements.
• Refine machine settings for maximum output quality.
• Conduct frequent checks on machinery to preempt failures.
• Document production metrics and quality reports.
• Engage in ongoing training for machine operation improvements.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations in the workplace.
• Assist in training new operators on machine functions and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Trade certification in machining or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication

Technical Skills

• CNC Operation
• Tooling Knowledge

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
