Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up and operating various grinding machines to produce custom components that meet precise specifications. Your attention to detail and safety awareness will be essential as you ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular checks to ensure machine performance meets production standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with quality assurance to implement process improvements.
• Assist in the setup and training of new machinery as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in machining or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) grinding machines is a plus

Technical Skills

• Proficient in precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of different grinding techniques and materials

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent
