Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cooker Tender to join our dynamic team. The Cooker Tender will be responsible for operating and maintaining cooking equipment while ensuring quality control and safety standards are met during food processing.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy cooking machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular maintenance on cooking equipment to ensure reliability.
• Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process.
• Support team members to achieve production goals effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new staff on equipment operation and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen setting preferred

Technical Skills

• Basic kitchen tools operation
• Time management

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• ServSafe certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
