Job Description

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will provide essential support to clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues. Your role involves conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual and group sessions. Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when required.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's in Social Work or Psychology
  • Washington State Licensure or Certification required
Experience
  • 3+ years in mental health counseling or therapy
