In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare to adults, managing a variety of illnesses, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of general medicine principles and a commitment to patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension.
• Work with healthcare teams to improve patient health outcomes.
• Engage in community outreach programs promoting health education.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to aid in patient management.
• Support health promotion activities and preventive screenings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
• Fellowship training in a subspecialty is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
