Job Description

As a Computer User Support Specialist, you will be essential in resolving technical issues and providing exceptional support for personal computers across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware and software problems, install applications, and train users on best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch technical support to staff for personal computers and software applications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems.
  • Assist in installing and configuring desktop and laptop systems.
  • Maintain inventory of computer hardware and software licenses.
  • Prepare technical documentation for user guides and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
  • Train users on best practices and new IT tools.
  • Participate in IT project implementations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a PC support role
