Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Event Planner to join our vibrant team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, from initial concept to execution. You will work closely with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life, manage budgets, and coordinate logistics. Strong organizational skills and creative thinking are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of events to meet clients' expectations.
  • Work with design teams to create aesthetically pleasing event layouts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at events.
  • Analyze event success metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients pre- and post-event.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning.
  • Mentor junior staff and assist with team development initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of event planning experience, with proven success in managing large-scale events
