We are looking for a skilled Die Trouble Shooter to join our team at Manufacturing Innovators, Inc. In this role, your expertise will be vital in identifying and resolving issues with die maintenance. You will conduct regular inspections, perform maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot complex problems to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Check dies on a routine basis to find issues.
• Engage in die maintenance activities including cleaning and repairs.
• Diagnose troubleshooting problems effectively.
• Coordinate with various teams to maintain die efficiency.
• Support operators with technical advice and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance tasks.
• Assess die performance for better operational output.
• Follow all safety guidelines and work practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and development on die techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in die maintenance or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in die troubleshooting

Technical Skills

• Die maintenance techniques
• Die simulation software

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Exposure to welding and machining: Working knowledge of welding and machining processes relevant to die production.
• Ability to read technical drawings: Skilled in interpreting blueprints and schematics for dies.
