Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Steamer-Blocker to manage our steamers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring both the efficiency and quality of our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust steamers per production schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of steam equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in steam operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of steam usage and maintenance activities.
• Assist with the training of staff on equipment operation and safety.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in textile manufacturing is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Steam machinery equipment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
