Job Description

As a Welding, Soldering, and Brazing Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating machinery that performs key manufacturing processes. Your expertise will ensure the production of durable and high-quality components while adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery is set up for optimal performance before production starts.
• Conduct regular inspections to confirm the quality of the products.
• Adjust machinery and equipment based on operational feedback.
• Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide support to other team members during peak production times.
• Assist with the training of new operators on machinery and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Relevant certifications in welding or machining are preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in welding or machine operation
