Job Description

As a Hotel Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in guest satisfaction by providing timely and safe transportation services. Your ability to engage with guests while managing transportation routes is key to enhancing their stay.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from the airport and other designated locations.
• Provide guidance and information about the hotel and local attractions.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues proactively.
• Regularly check the vehicle's condition to avoid breakdowns.
• Ensure guest safety during transport, especially in high-traffic areas.
• Maintain punctuality to ensure guests are timely for their appointments.
• Assist with overflow duties in other hotel areas as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a driver or chauffeur is preferred but not mandatory.
