Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delicatessen Manager to supervise daily operations, ensuring high standards in food quality and customer service while leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the entire deli operation, from food prep to sales.
  • Implement best practices for food safety and sanitation compliance.
  • Engage with suppliers to ensure quality and availability of deli offerings.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement.
  • Lead menu development by experimenting with new food items.
  • Manage payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and in line with health codes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in Culinary Arts is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in food service management, preferably at a deli
