Job Description

Join our maintenance team as a General Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks. From facility repairs to installations, your expertise will help keep our buildings operating efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues to ensure proactive solutions.
  • Participate in scheduled preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures.
  • Support the maintenance supervisor in completing project-based work.
  • Train and guide junior maintenance staff as needed.
  • Keep work areas organized and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Update maintenance logs and reports for tracking purposes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical training or certification in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing) is preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in general maintenance or a related field is desirable.
