Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will manage and analyze licensing agreements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while optimizing licensing revenue. Your role is pivotal in navigating the licensing landscape and mitigating risks for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze licensing agreements and negotiate terms to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor changes in licensing laws and communicate necessary adjustments to stakeholders.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to optimize licensing strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams regarding licensing procedures.
  • Lead efforts to streamline licensing processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Address compliance inquiries and provide guidance to operational staff.
  • Review and update policies and procedures related to licensing and compliance.
  • Analyze data for reporting purposes and identify trends for strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with external partners on compliance matters as required.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance or licensing roles
