Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of water softener service operations including installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Develop service schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce compliance with safety policies.
• Prepare reports on service department metrics and goals.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Represent the company at community events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
• Act as a point-of-contact for escalated customer service issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in plumbing or electrical is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing with a focus on water treatment systems.
