Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Crayon Grader. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the quality and condition of crayons, ensuring they meet our standards for packaging and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade crayons based on visual and functional criteria.
• Report any quality issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding quality control.
• Assist in training new team members on grading processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No specific experience required, but knowledge of quality control processes is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination

• Communication

• Experience in grading or sorting small items: Prior experience in quality control processes will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with quality control standards: Understanding basic quality control metrics can enhance performance.
