The Tennis Club Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of our tennis club. This includes overseeing staff, organizing tournaments, managing budgets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Direct all daily operations of the tennis club efficiently.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Craft membership promotions and loyalty programs to attract new players.
  • Direct the scheduling of lessons, court bookings, and events.
  • Ensure high-quality equipment and resources for club members.
  • Engage with local schools and organizations to promote junior tennis programs.
  • Analyze member feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that invites both members and prospective players.
  • Encourage participation in club-sponsored wellness and fitness programs.
  • Report regularly to the Club Director on operational matters and progress.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Financial Management Ability to develop and oversee budgets effectively.
  • Marketing Strategies Proficient in developing promotional campaigns.
  • Leadership Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Customer Service Orientation Strong commitment to enhancing member experiences.
  • Certification in Sports Management
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools: Ability to utilize CRM systems for member engagement and analytics.
  • Social media marketing experience: History of promoting sports events through social channels.
