Job Description

As a Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist, you will analyze and forecast staffing needs while ensuring optimal staff performance. You'll partner with management to facilitate excellent operational workflows and ensure coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of workforce trends and metrics.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of effective workforce policies.
  • Support management in workforce planning and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Perform data analysis to drive informed decision-making regarding staffing.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce analysis preferred
