Job Description
As a Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist, you will analyze and forecast staffing needs while ensuring optimal staff performance. You'll partner with management to facilitate excellent operational workflows and ensure coverage.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analysis of workforce trends and metrics.
Assist in the creation and implementation of effective workforce policies.
Support management in workforce planning and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Perform data analysis to drive informed decision-making regarding staffing.
Requirements
Education
Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in workforce analysis preferred

Advantageous
