Job Description

As a Cellar Worker, you will play an essential role in the wine-making process from fermentation to bottling. Your responsibilities will include monitoring fermentation, performing chemical analyses, and ensuring operational excellence in the winery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations within the cellar.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Record and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
  • Work alongside winemakers to refine production techniques.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on cellar operations.
  • Engage in promotional events to showcase winemaking efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in viticulture or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in wine production
Technical Skills
  • Wine production software proficiency
  • Chemical analysis skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
