Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Human Capital Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. You’ll be an essential part of our team, driving initiatives that foster a positive work environment and support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive organizational culture.
  • Manage compensation and benefits program.
  • Track and report on HR metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Foster communication and collaboration within the HR team and other departments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role
