We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter who will manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will identify staffing needs, create job postings, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
Responsibilities
Formulate and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
Engage with candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn.
Organize and conduct candidate interviews and evaluations.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility.
Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.
Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about their application status.
Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and policies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
2-3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment preferred
