Human Resources Specialist (HR Recruiter)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter who will manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will identify staffing needs, create job postings, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Engage with candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn.
• Organize and conduct candidate interviews and evaluations.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.
• Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about their application status.
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment preferred
