We are seeking an experienced Butter Grader who will handle the critical task of evaluating our butter products. Your role will include grading butter based on industry standards and collaborating with our production teams. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of butter for taste, texture, and quality.
• Work alongside production teams to meet and exceed quality benchmarks.
• Maintain detailed records of butter grading results.
• Collaborate on new grading techniques and industry best practices.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes in the dairy industry.
• Train new team members on grading standards and practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in food science is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years in the dairy industry or quality control

Technical Skills

• Quality Control Principles
• Butter Production Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
