Looking for a Mobile Heavy Equipment Mechanic with expertise in diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues in heavy machinery. This role involves both fieldwork and shop-based maintenance duties.
Responsibilities
Repair engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems of heavy machinery.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime.
Collaborate with service team members to meet project deadlines.
Prepare equipment for inspections and ensure it meets operational standards.
Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical certification in automotive or mechanical engineering preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
