Calibrationist

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Calibrationist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing calibration tests and adjustments on a variety of measuring instruments. Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed calibration tests for measuring instruments.
• Ensure instruments are properly adjusted to maintain industry standards.
• Document calibration results and generate reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot common calibration issues and implement solutions.
• Assist in the calibration of equipment per regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline calibration practices.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
• Organize calibration schedules and maintain up-to-date records.
• Offer technical insights and support to team members.
• Research and adopt new calibration technologies and methods.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Additional certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on calibration experience preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Hands-on experience with advanced calibration tools: Proficiency with equipment such as Fluke MET/CAL and Beamex CMX.
