Looking for an experienced Tin Recovery Worker to help optimize our tin recovery process. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial equipment and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise automated tin recovery systems
• Conduct checks to ensure machinery is functioning optimally
• Conduct training sessions for new team members on safety practices
• Implement strategies for efficiency improvements
• Maintain compliance with environmental regulations
• Review and analyze process data to identify trends
• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding workflow
• Assist in completing maintenance logs and reports
• Support the team in achieving production and quality standards
• Work alongside the Tin Recovery Specialist to troubleshoot issues

• Strong mechanical aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and perform maintenance tasks.
