Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. You will be crucial in ensuring metal surfaces meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines that grind, polish, and finish metal products to perfection.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure specification compliance.
• Maintain work area and tools in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Utilize measuring instruments to verify dimensions of finished pieces.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors regarding production issues.
• Help develop and implement efficiency strategies to enhance productivity.
• Train and mentor junior staff on machine operations and safety.
• Handle raw materials and manage inventory levels.
• Participate in regular safety training and meetings.
• Utilize industry best practices to achieve high-quality results consistently.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or apprenticeship is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in metal finishing or related field

Technical Skills

• Experience using hand tools and machines
• Ability to work with precision

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Analytical thinking

Certifications

• CNC Machining Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
