Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to oversee a team of construction workers. The Crew Leader will manage workflow, ensure safety compliance, and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver quality projects on time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities and project execution.
  • Coordinate with other departments and project managers to align goals.
  • Track inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Conduct site safety meetings and enforce safety practices.
  • Provide regular progress reports to upper management.
  • Motivate the team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Resolve conflicts and address any issues promptly to ensure project continuity.
  • Evaluate crew performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision or management
