Job Description

As a Logistics Analyst, you will manage the procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services necessary for our operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments of suppliers and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage in decision-making regarding suppliers based on performance metrics.
• Utilize procurement software for tracking orders and supplier interactions.
• Assess new suppliers and their capabilities to align with our procurement strategy.
• Act as a point of contact for supplier inquiries and issues.
• Liaise with finance to ensure alignment on budget and expenditures.
• Develop long-term supplier partnerships aimed at enhancing value and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or procurement

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Contract management knowledge

Languages
