Job Description

The Knowledge Architect will play a vital role in developing and maintaining our knowledge management initiatives. The ideal candidate is expected to possess strong analytical skills and an aptitude for creating user-friendly systems that enhance organizational learning.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop frameworks for knowledge management across the organization.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions on knowledge management tools and processes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current knowledge management systems and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in the creation of user guides and training materials for employees.
  • Act as a point of contact for knowledge management inquiries and support.
  • Utilize analytics to measure the usage and impact of knowledge management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure the knowledge system is robust and secure.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings to ensure alignment of knowledge initiatives with business objectives.
  • Promote knowledge sharing platforms and tools among employees.
  • Lead change management efforts related to knowledge management technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Knowledge Management or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in knowledge management or a similar role
