Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shank Breaker to join our manufacturing team. The Shank Breaker will operate specialized machinery to efficiently break shanks in accordance with rigorous safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Run shank breaking equipment, ensuring efficient operation.
• Comply with safety standards rigorously.
• Quality inspect shanks regularly to meet production criteria.
• Document all shank breaking activities meticulously.
• Work alongside team members to achieve daily production quotas.
• Ensure a tidy and orderly workspace.
• Report any mechanical problems to the supervisor immediately.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Engage in training programs to enhance skills.
• Collaborate in team discussions to enhance workflows.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar environment is preferred
