Job Description

As a Food Service Team Member, you will engage with customers, prepare and serve food, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Our fast-paced setting requires excellent service skills and teamwork to create memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food items adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, promoting a healthy environment.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and prompt resolution of inquiries.
• Assist in food prep and handling, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage cash transactions and ensure accuracy in processing payments.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service during peak times.
• Monitor inventory levels and help in stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements and training needs.
• Fulfill other duties as directed by the management team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior food service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
