Job Description

As part of our IT Support and Administration team, the IT Support Technician will handle troubleshooting, hardware installations, software configurations, and user support. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our technology infrastructure and ensuring user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining hardware and software inventory records.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Assist in optimizing network configurations and server performance.
  • Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
  • Stay current with IT trends and implement relevant technologies.
  • Manage user accounts and access controls within the organization.
  • Provide support to remote employees as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications like CompTIA Network+ are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support and administration
