Job Description

As a Solar Photovoltaic Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems on homes and businesses. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about renewable energy and have a strong technical background.

Responsibilities

• Install solar energy systems according to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Conduct pre-installation surveys to evaluate site conditions and equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges with minimal disruption.
• Document installations and customer interactions accurately.
• Mentor junior installers and assist in their training.
• Enhance skills through ongoing education in solar technology and installation techniques.
• Work with project managers to develop project timelines and ensure milestones are met.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in solar energy systems
• Additional certifications in electrical or roofing are advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the renewable energy sector.
