Job Description

We are in search of a seasoned Project Manager to join our Raleigh team. You'll be responsible for leading project initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, project management expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project life cycles for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hold project kick-off meetings and ensure team alignment.
• Track project performance and report on the progress against goals.
• Develop risk management plans and contingency strategies.
• Engage with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure project visibility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or relevant field
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
