Job Description
We seek a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team. You will help clients develop communication skills while working closely with speech-language pathologists and their families.
Responsibilities
Help implement speech therapy exercises and strategies.
Document client sessions and report progress to the supervising therapist.
Work with clients' families to reinforce therapy techniques at home.
Participate in regular training and workshops to improve skills.
Ensure all therapy materials are prepared and organized for sessions.
Assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming therapy environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to make therapy engaging and effective.
Adhere to established therapy protocols and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant is preferred.
Experience
Previous experience working with clients preferred.
