Job Description

The Die Casting Machine Operator is crucial to our production team, responsible for setting up and overseeing die casting machines to produce high-quality parts. This role involves a deep understanding of die casting processes and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up die casting machines, ensuring all settings align with production requirements.
• Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions to meet quality standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to enhance operational efficiency.
• Document production outcomes and maintain accurate records.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production workflows.
• Provide feedback on machine performance and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the production and engineering teams.
• Assist in training new staff on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in die casting operations
