Job Description
As a Concrete Block Maker, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality concrete blocks for our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in block making and a keen ability to work independently while meeting production deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the process of concrete mixing and block production to meet quality standards.
- Document production data accurately for quality control purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production efficiency.
- Inspect finished blocks to ensure consistency and quality.
- Train new employees in block making processes and safety procedures.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Experience with heavy machinery operation is a plus.
