Responsibilities

• Lead informative guided tours at various historical sites.

• Engage visitors through interactive discussions during the tour.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and tour management protocols.
• Foster a welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Assist in creating marketing materials for historical site promotions.
• Participate in team meetings to ensure alignment in educational goals.
• Proactively address any visitor concerns or inquiries.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of historical contexts and local culture.
• Provide feedback to management on visitor experiences and suggestions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in History, Archaeology, or a related field

Experience

• Previous experience in educational roles is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Public speaking skills
• Knowledge of historical context

Soft Skills

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
• Teaching certificate is an advantage

Languages
