Job Description

Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections of furnaces and heating systems.
Diagnose malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
Lead installation projects for new heating equipment.
Document maintenance activities and maintain inventory of repair parts.
Engage with clients to discuss repair needs and provide solutions.
Assist in developing maintenance schedules to mitigate equipment failures.
Train new hires on proper furnace maintenance techniques and safety standards.
Stay updated with the latest heating system technologies and best practices.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Vocational training in HVAC technology is preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in furnace repair and maintenance
