We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying software defects, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct usability testing sessions and provide actionable feedback.
• Evaluate and improve software development and testing processes.
• Mentor junior QA staff in testing techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams on CI/CD pipelines to ensure timely delivery of quality software.
• Document all test results and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or technical testing roles

• Knowledge of Performance Testing Tools: Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
