Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Healthcare Organization, you will play a crucial role in patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal health outcomes for our patients. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing compassionate support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of patient health and report any changes to the medical team.
  • Manage patient care from admission to discharge.
  • Coordinate with specialists and other medical staff in patient care delivery.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.
  • Participate in continuous education and professional development.
  • Assist in the integration of new healthcare technologies.
  • Handle patient education regarding post-operative care and medication adherence.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Master's degree in Nursing is a plus
Experience
  • 2-4 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
