Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to all staff and clients.
  • Manage the installation of IT equipment and software applications.
  • Assist in managing backups and IT security measures.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on IT systems.
  • Offer follow-up support to ensure complete resolution of issues.
  • Work closely with vendors for hardware and software procurement.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
