Job Description

We are on the lookout for passionate Cooks to bring creativity and skill to our kitchen. As a Short Order Cook, you will prepare and cook meals, ensuring customer satisfaction through delicious and well-presented dishes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and grill food items such as burgers, steaks, and veggies.
  • Ensure all meals are cooked to customer specifications.
  • Work efficiently to complete orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keep cooking stations clean and adhere to sanitation standards.
  • Assist in prepping foods before cooking, including chopping vegetables.
  • Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen accurately.
  • Work with the team to coordinate service timing and food delivery.
  • Practice excellent customer service by addressing any concerns.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss kitchen operations and improvements.
  • Maintain a positive attitude even during busy shifts.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar cooking role
