Job Description

The Compensation Specialist will oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs, analyzing market trends to develop competitive strategies. This role is critical in attracting and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the organization’s compensation framework.
  • Research and analyze industry standards for compensation and employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to analyze budget impacts of compensation plans.
  • Facilitate training sessions for managers on compensation practices.
  • Create compelling presentations for stakeholders regarding compensation strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of compensation programs through established metrics.
  • Implement surveys to gather employee feedback on compensation and benefits.
  • Advise on compliance with federal and state compensation laws.
  • Assist in the design of recognition and reward programs.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and use data to drive compensation decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation management
