Job Description

Seeking a skilled Core Blower to operate and maintain our core blowing machines. This role involves working closely with team members to produce high-quality sand cores for casting, following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate core blowing equipment to create sand cores according to specifications.
• Monitor core quality and adjust processes to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Maintain and repair core blowing machines as needed to ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance core production processes.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Complete production reports, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure reliability.
• Assist in training new employees on core blowing techniques.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting core quality or production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in core blowing or similar manufacturing roles.

Technical Skills

• Experience with core blowing equipment
• Knowledge of sand core production processes

Languages

• English: Fluent
