Job Description

We are seeking Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers who are detail-oriented and dedicated to ensuring quality in our operations. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in product verification and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that products meet quality and safety regulations.
• Evaluate the quality of incoming materials and components.
• Conduct periodic tests and inspections of products.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Help troubleshoot issues related to product quality.
• Communicate with management regarding quality discrepancies.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement in quality practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or a related field is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles

Technical Skills

• Inspection Techniques
• Statistical Process Control

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Quality Technician (CQT)
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferable

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with laboratory testing equipment: Hands-on experience with laboratory testing instruments and software.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements: Familiarity with industry-specific compliance mandates.
