Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.
  • Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a seamless transition into the company.
  • Implement HR policies that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts as needed.
  • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and changes.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is maintained accurately and confidentially.
  • Provide training on company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze workforce statistics and report trends and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of human resources experience preferred
